Real Estate

New Jersey's own Real Estate have been one of those bands for me that I can not and will never tire of. Their debut self-titled album Real Estate was my most-listened to album of 2010, due to its lo-fi, jangly, surf rock inspired sounds. It's a perfect soundtrack to nearly any situation and in any environment.

On October 8 they will release their long awaited sophomore effort titled Days, just one of the many albums I am so looking forward to this fall. Check out the just released "Green Aisles" from Days, a melodic ear-pleaser that is destined to become one of my favorite songs of the year, and keep up with Real Estate's happenings HERE
