The Art of Exploring

Once every now and then, we have the pleasure of meeting people that make a profound impact on the way we view life. Through a different perspective, they might make every attempt to sit you down, take off your shoes and insist that you try on theirs. However, some may walk right past you without making a sound. These are the people that must be treasured. Their visions can provide inspiration beyond anything you could have ever imagined. Enter Rob Bohn.

Bohn treads down a road less traveled. He describes himself as an explorer, which is not easily identified until you get to know him. His thoughts travel from brain to paper (or wood, metal, etc.) almost as if he was speaking a foreign language. After spending time with him, you may begin to see all that surrounds you in a totally different light. But what makes Bohn so much different than other artists? His ability to decipher what is around him and create something that has never been done before. Bohn's recent short, Cyclops, showcases his talent.

If you'd like to see Bohn's work, please take a look at Rob's Art or The Art of Getting By. His work is used as the art created by George (played by Freddie Highmore). Bohn is also a founding member of The Amigo Unit.
